‘Unsatisfactory and pathetic’ | Myki process leaves commuter fuming
A 3AW listener has taken a bat to Myki, branding the system “pathetic.”
Tony told 3AW Mornings he received a letter on December 8 telling him his card was going to expire on December 18.
He was told his account balance would be transferred onto his new card – no issue.
The money was taken off his old card. But it’s still not on his new one.
He rang PTV and was told it “could take up to five working days to be transferred over.”
He’s been forced to get another card in the meantime.
“I think it’s quite unsatisfactory and pathetic,” told Tony Jones.
“In this day and age…”
